Inspiring personalities tell their stories, share experiences from their practice and show how commitment, innovation and courage can lead to real change.

Philip Siefer is co-founder of einhorn products.
As ‘Chief Executive Unicorn’, he represents radical transparency, fairstainability and
new ways of working – with humour, attitude and inspiring impulses for thought.

Ronja Hoffacker is managing director of equaly,
a startup with a mission to ‘make compatibility easy’.
She works with companies to develop solutions for family-friendly work cultures –
for less hustle and more genuine teamwork.

Björn Cullmann is co-founder of Anysign,
an app for barrier-free access to sign language.
As a deaf founder, he combines personal experience with innovation – and is building bridges for greater participation.

protoTYPES Cologne is jointly organised by the University of Cologne and the Gateway Excellence Start-up Centre.
