What is your idea about?
Digital transformations fail due to the human factor. More than 70% of transformation projects fail to meet their goals or experience significant delays. The main reasons are human factors such as resistance to change, lack of competencies, or inefficient communication, which are not adequately addressed.
How did you come up with your idea?
Our idea arose from the conviction that new AI technologies, especially large language models, will radically disrupt the coaching and consulting industry in the coming years. Instead of leaving this development to others, we want to actively and scientifically shape it.
How did you get together as a team?
The decisive meetings happened at Startplatz Cologne and during the Startup Sprint in Düsseldorf.
