H2ALL accelerates hydrogen projects by automating safety documentation and simulation-based plant optimization.
Complex hydrogen projects struggle with lengthy approval processes, safety documentation, and uncertain economic viability forecasts. Furthermore, many companies lack in-house expertise, forcing them to purchase niche knowledge externally at great expense. The planning costs for hydrogen projects often amount to 40% of the CapEx. With H2ALL, we offer a tool that guides users through the planning processes and generates automated reports.
In the areas of safety and approvals, H2ALL creates standardized procedures and automatically generates the comprehensive documents so they can be submitted for review. The plant itself can be digitally planned within the SaaS tool and simulated for a specific location. The integrated economic viability analyses provide additional planning security. By standardizing complex procedures and using guided simulation, hydrogen projects can be significantly accelerated, designed more optimally, and thus implemented more cost-effectively.
How did you get together as a team?
Antonia and Johannes went to school together. Their paths diverged for university, but the hydrogen industry and an entrepreneurial spirit brought them back together.
René and Johannes studied together in Cologne, have been close friends ever since, and ran an engineering firm together after their studies.
H2ALL brought René, Johannes, and Antonia together. After an initial meeting with all three, it was clear that the chemistry was right, and the trio has been together ever since.
How did you come up with your idea?
Johannes came up with the idea for H2ALL after planning an electrolyzer and realizing how unnecessarily tedious the planning processes are. He recognized that this could and, with a view to the energy transition, must be designed much more efficiently. René was immediately on board, and Antonia was also quickly enthusiastic and became part of the team. Together, the finer points were worked out and improved based on customer feedback.
