What is your idea about?

To overcome individual and global crises, it is more important than ever to sustainably strengthen resilience.

With SHEMOTION® we want to give all women, regardless of their location and economic circumstances, access to scientifically based resilience support that can be easily integrated into everyday life.

Empowering Resilience and Well-being for every woman

SHEMOTION® incorporates both online and offline resources into an ecosystem for resilience building. These include customized tools and creative resources, as well as interactive media formats and a digital platform.

SHEMOTION® is a brand that promotes diversity and quality with the goal of improving women's mental health globally. We are complying with Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4, 5, and 10 of the UN by doing this.

How did you come up with your idea?

I already wrote my bachelor's thesis on the connections between resilience and positive emotions. This has always been the basis of my work, whether as a workshop leader, producer, singer, researcher or volunteer. My main target group is women. 

From this context and personal as well as scientific conviction, the vision of Shemotion has emerged. #foreverywoman

What are you studying/working or what have you studied?

I'm a master's student at the University of Cologne right now.
